Install ctx with the official installer:

First launch checklist

  1. Open the ctx app.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Confirm the app loads without daemon/connection errors.
  4. Go to Harness Authentication and connect at least one provider.
  5. Return to the workbench and open a workspace.

What a healthy first run looks like

  • Settings opens and saves normally.
  • You can add/open a workspace.
  • You can create a task.
  • You can start a session with a connected harness.
